How Does the Co-op Bookstore work?

Stop by the store anytime to shop in person.   We have a full service textbook counter so simply tell us what book or course you're looking for and we'll show you your options.

Order online 24/7 for immediate eBook delivery, with physical books being shipped or available for pick-up in 24 hours.  All stand alone digital codes (eBooks/access codes) ordered online are emailed to you instantly upon check-out.   Please note if your physical book comes with an access code it is embedded in the book and will not be emailed to you.

Messages are normally returned within a business day.  Please note at the beginning of semester, because of volume, it might take 2-3 business days for a response.

Pick-Up on Campus Order Info:

Order pick-up is available weekdays from 8:30am - 4:30 pm at the Co-op Bookstore.   You will need to show photo ID (student cards are accepted) to collect your order.   If someone else is collecting your order please let us know ahead of time.

Our building is not the most accessible.  Should you not be able to make it into the building for any reason, our staff will meet you outside with your order.   Please call 519-821-2050 or text 519-223-6084 when you arrive outside and ask for a curbside delivery.     We are happy to make further, different arrangements as needed.    Call 519-821-2050 or email books@bookstore.coop to see what we can do for you.
